Remote connection
MFTECH strongly recommends that customers connect their machines to an internet source. The Customer Service can therefore provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Around 75% of the calls leads to solutions through remote connection, increasing the reactivity and reducing the cost
Service Contracts
Once the machine guarantee has ended,the customer can benefit from a service contract with prority access to the telephone support service.

Consumable parts
MFTECH holds a stock of all consumable parts for the full product range. All orders of consumable parts are subject to a quotation with the latest prices in force.
Spare Part Kits
For customers wishing to stock spare parts on site, MFTECH proposes Spare Part Kits. These kits are tailored to cover the requirements of customers with FW Cells that are located close to our stock as well as those at overseas locations requiring a high degree of autonomy.

Service Contracts
MFTECH proposes two levels of Service Contract, comprising Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance. This contract can be adapted to accommodate specific customer requirements.
A quotation is provided on request and includes a tailored preventive maintenance plan.
